The European Commission has approved the drug QALSODY, better known as Tofersen. This means the drug will be allowed on the European market.

TRICALS is the largest European research initiative to find a cure for ALS. We are a network of over 60 top research centres in more than 19 countries. Our one goal is to find effective treatments for people living with ALS.

The TRICALS Masterclass is an informal meeting with a maximum of 150 participants: consisting of researchers, industry, patient (representatives) and regulators.

The TRICALS Academy is a platform that offers certified training for staff involved in ALS clinical trials.

TRICALS is a network lead by its members. The TRICALS team consists of an executive board, which is supported by the TRICALS operational office.

Precision ALS is a collaborative programme which brings together experts from a wide range of disciplines from Clinicians to Data Scientists and more.

The International Network for ALS Research and Care (INARC) is a network of nurses, study coordinators and other professionals involved in ALS clinical research or care. The aim of the network is to connect members and to create a platform to exchange skills and expertise.
