The ALS and other Motor Neurone Diseases Centre at Nice University Hospital, located in Pasteur 2 Hospital, has been a recognized reference centre since 2003. It offers comprehensive multidisciplinary care for ALS patients, provides support for their families, and actively engages in clinical research to advance treatment of ALS.

The ALS and other Motor Neurone Diseases Centre, part of the Neurology Department at Nice University Hospital, is dedicated to the care of patients with ALS and related motor neurone diseases. The Centre offers specialized inpatient and outpatient services, supported by a dedicated team of professionals. Each year, it provides multidisciplinary care to over 200 patients, including 60 newly diagnosed ALS cases. In addition to patient care, the centre is actively involved in international clinical research, participating in clinical trials and academic studies. A key focus of their research is on brain-computer interfaces and innovative technologies aimed at compensating for physical disabilities.
