TRICALS Masterclass 2025

On February 19 to 21, 2025, we will once again organize the TRICALS Masterclass in Amsterdam. We hope to see you there! The previous editions were a great success, so mark this date in your agenda.

The TRICALS Masterclass is an informal meeting with a maximum of 150 participants: consisting of researchers, industry, patient (representatives) and regulators. Registration is possible by invite only. If you want to attend, and haven’t received the save the date or invitation, please send an email to events@tricals.org and we will consider your request.

Topics that will be discussed are:

• Refining early-stage clinical trials
• Improving the transition from phase 2 to 3
• What evidence do we need from a phase 3 study?
• How to make better use of real-world data and prediction algorithms
• Considering operational aspects
• Patient-centered drug development
• Perspective of regulatory agencies

Registration

Registration for the TRICALS Masterclass is by invitation only and won’t open until later this year. All people on the invitation list should have received a save the date by now – if you haven’t please check your SPAM inbox first. Otherwise send an email to events@tricals.org. If you are not on the invitation list, but do want to attend – please send an email as well.

Registration fee’s

• Industry €850
• Academia €290*
• Patients’ advocates/funding organizations €95
  Registration includes lunch and coffee breaks on all three days. And dinner on Wednesday and Thursday evening.

* The Dutch ALS Foundation kindly sponsors the registration and hotel costs of one TRICALS PI per centre. The registration process to claim this offer will be explained later on.
